You'll receive hands-on training, a clear path to Account Executive roles, and earn base salary plus uncapped commissions with on-target earnings of 70k–90k. This role is in-office in Tyrone and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound phone experience (B2B sales or appointment setting preferred)
• A track record of hitting or beating targets
• Clear, professional writing skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with business owners and IT decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Learn what's frustrating them about their current IT and identify where Century can help
• Book qualified meetings for our Business Development team and hand them off with clear notes
• Follow up with interested prospects and keep the conversation moving
• Track your activity and pipeline in our CRM
• Share what you're hearing from the market in weekly sales meetings
