Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Somerset, KY is seeking Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most while becoming the face of Victra.

The role starts at $12.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for advancement. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service (retail preferred), ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions, account reviews, and customer follow-through.
