Job summary

Best Buy in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the friendly face helping customers select tech products and services. You’ll learn to confidently recommend solutions that fit each customer’s needs and complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.

You’ll engage in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about products and services, keep the sales floor stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
