You will drive sales while ensuring satisfaction and accurate handling of payments and data updates. This role emphasizes product knowledge, brand representation, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

You should be able to lift items up to 25 pounds and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet store needs and targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction with follow-up.
• Interpreting account statements and assisting customers with payments in-store.
