Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, punctual attendance; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up.
• Assist customers with interpreting account statements and paying bills in-store.
• Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, and process service requests.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and understand competitive offerings.
