AT&T in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from the latest devices and services. You will engage with customers on the sales floor, guiding options and contributing to meeting sales targets with uncapped commissions.

You’ll work a 9 am–9 pm schedule including weekends, with training provided. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and opportunities exist to grow as you connect communities with smarter connectivity.

• Willingness to learn about new devices and services.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options on AT&T devices and services.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with advance planning.
