AT&T in Fairfield, Connecticut is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach, helping them choose devices and services while contributing to meeting sales targets.

You’ll participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls, with a flexible schedule including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible to changing needs and evolving tech.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.
