You can earn $16–$21 per hour base pay with up to $18,000 a year in commissions, plus top performers may reach $65k–$75k annually. Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, vision, and tuition assistance, plus generous time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant sales/retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to picking up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Position product insights and suggest solutions for a complete sales approach.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Continue development through training and cross-functional up-skilling.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls/texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to expand loyalty.
