Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in New York to grow customer relationships and drive technology sales in one of our retail stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Develop skills through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events.
