Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in commission-based environments and customer-facing sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Participate in training and up-skill across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base via outbound calls and messages to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events.
