The role offers a base pay guarantee during the first six months, weekend differential pay, and opportunities to earn more through incentives. No prior product knowledge required; training is provided to ensure you thrive on day one.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of the store's products
• Advanced customer service skills
• Basic math skills for transactions
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience with difficult customers
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ask questions, and determine needs
• Provide a complete solution
• Operate a technology-based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions
• Inbound phone sales/service
• Install large and small batteries in various devices
• Disassemble/reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs
• Function as a team player
• Inventory stock maintenance and management
• Ship and/or deliver to commercial accounts
• Maintain a clean and full store appearance
• Build displays to market seasonal products
• Prepare the store for daily opening and closing
