No prior product knowledge is required as training is provided; weekend availability and a competitive pay with a guaranteed base during the initial period are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the store's products.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• The ability to use a cash register.
• Strong level of professionalism at work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience when dealing with difficult customers.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ask questions, and determine needs.
• Look to provide a complete solution.
• Operate a technology-based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions.
• Inbound phone sales/service.
• Install large and small batteries in various devices.
• Disassemble / reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs.
• Function as a team player.
• Inventory stock maintenance and management.
• Ship and or deliver to commercial accounts.
• Maintain a clean and full store appearance.
• Build displays to better market seasonal products.
• Prepare the store for daily opening and closing.
