Job summary

Batteries Plus Bulbs is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate, including a Management Trainee career track. You will assist customers in selecting products, answer questions, and provide solutions while learning through paid training.

No prior experience required; 2–3 weeks of paid training will help you get up to speed. The role includes base pay, incentives, and weekend differential, with potential earnings over $25/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the store's products.
• Advanced customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ask questions, and determine needs.
• Look to provide a complete solution.
• Operate a technology-based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions.
• Inbound phone sales/service.
• Install large and small batteries in various devices.
• Disassemble / reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs.
• Function as a team player.
• Inventory stock maintenance and management.
• Ship and or deliver to commercial accounts.
• Maintain a clean and full store appearance.
• Build displays to better market seasonal products.
• Prepare the store for daily opening and closing.
