Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Portland, OR who can greet customers, identify needs, and provide complete battery, light bulb, and repair solutions. Training is provided; a $22.00–$26.00 hourly pay with a $22.00 minimum guarantee for the first 6 months and weekend differential incentives.

Qualifications

Customer service and sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Operate a technology-based POS system for sales.
Assist with inbound phone sales and service.
Install batteries and perform basic repairs on devices.
Maintain inventory and store appearance, stock displays.
Prepare store for daily opening/closing and teamwork.
