Best Buy in California is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store and confidently recommend tech products and services that meet each customer’s needs. You’ll learn our offerings and help customers find the right solutions, supporting them throughout the shopping journey.

You will conduct product demos, handle cashier duties, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups, all while staying knowledgeable through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
