Best Buy in San Francisco is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services tailored to their needs. We will train you to confidently recommend solutions and provide outstanding service.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle transactions, and maintain a well-stocked sales floor while supporting in-store and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
