Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, training you to confidently recommend technology products and services tailored to each customer’s needs. If you have a passion for helping people and sales, this role is a great fit.

As part of the Best Buy team, you’ll welcome customers, perform demos, handle purchases and exchanges, and stay current with ongoing training while keeping the floor stocked. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fast-paced, team-oriented environments is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong customer-facing interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
