Verizon Retail is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to drive sales in a store environment. You will engage customers, uncover needs, and present complete tech solutions, while leveraging ongoing training to advance in merchandising and inventory roles.

Placement of outbound calls and community engagement opportunities help grow the customer base. Base pay ranges $16–$21 per hour with commissions up to $18,000 yearly and potential total earnings $65,000–$75,500 depending on performance

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts to earn more income, especially peak vacation periods.

• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting with them and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete solution.

• Continuously develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers interested in products/services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
