Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in our stores. You’ll generate retail sales, uncover customer needs, and present top-down solutions with strong communication. Base pay ranges from 16.00 to 21.00 per hour with potential commissions up to $18,000 annually, plus top performers may earn $65,000–$75,500+ depending on geography and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommend solutions to provide customers with a complete top-down sale.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
