Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will drive sales by combining technology passion with exceptional customer service, uncover customer needs, and present top-down solutions.

You’ll grow your skills through ongoing training and may reach out to existing customers to expand our network. The role emphasizes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with base pay ranging from $16 to $21/hour plus strong commissions; top performers can exceed $75k annually

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Open to picking up extra shifts during peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and strong customer service.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete solution.
• Close sales with clear communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills across merchandising and inventory.
• Engage current Verizon customers via outbound calls and texts to grow the base.
