Job summary

Best Buy Springfield is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and process purchases. You’ll help customers across departments and provide friendly service to meet individual tech needs.

You’ll learn about a broad range of products, stay knowledgeable through ongoing training, and support with in-store pickup and curbside pickup. Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
