Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll learn skills to confidently recommend solutions and provide friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll perform product demos, assist with purchases and returns, and support curbside and in-store pickups. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
