Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Openness to take extra shifts to increase income.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customers' needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customers' needs with intuitive tech solutions.
