The position offers base pay from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential annual commissions up to $18,000 for reaching goals, plus a commission bonus that can push earnings to $65,000–$75,500 depending on performance and geography.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at Verizon sponsored events to expand the loyal customer base.
