Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career within one of our retail stores. You’ll generate retail sales, uncover customer needs, present top-down solutions, and close sales with effective communication.

Join a team that values ongoing training, potential community engagement, and growth through outbound calls and continued skills development. Base pay starts at $16–$21 per hour with commissions up to $18,000 and potential total earnings of $65,000–$75,500+

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
