Verizon is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will engage customers with cutting-edge technology, uncover needs, and present complete solutions to enable confident purchases.

This role offers base pay from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus commissions up to $18,000 a year, with potential total earnings of $65,000 to $75,500 depending on geography, hours, and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to grow the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Provide product insights and solution recommendations for complete sales.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and upsell in merchandising and inventory.
• Reach out to current Verizon customers with outbound calls and texts.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events.
