Job summary

Best Buy in Huntsville, AL is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend tech products and services to meet each customer’s needs, and you’ll engage with shoppers in a warm, helpful way.

You’ll demo products, handle cashier duties, learn continuously and keep the floor stocked. You’ll assist with in-store and curbside pickup, with a minimum of 3 months’ retail experience and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
