Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll learn and apply product knowledge to meet each person’s needs, and you’ll contribute to a friendly, helpful shopping environment.

In this role you’ll demo products, answer questions, handle cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges, and stay current with training. A strong team approach helps drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
