Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll learn our offerings and confidently tailor recommendations to each shopper.

You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, handle purchases and returns, keep the floor stocked, and support curbside and in-store pickup. A friendly, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work varied hours are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
