Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, help customers choose the right tech products, and confidently explain services. You’ll learn continually to stay knowledgeable and provide exceptional service.

You’ll greet customers warmly, demo products, and make recommendations while performing cashier duties and supporting in-store and curbside pickup. Flexibility including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
