Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demo products, and help shoppers find the right tech solutions. You’ll handle purchases, returns, and exchanges while staying knowledgeable about products.

The role supports in-store and curbside pickup and requires a friendly, proactive approach. You'll join a team focused on excellent customer service, ongoing training, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
