Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services that meet their needs. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions while delivering exceptional service.

In this role you’ll demonstrate products, assist with in-store and curbside pickup, and handle cashier duties. A positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
