Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. You will train to confidently recommend solutions and provide exceptional service, with opportunities to grow through ongoing learning.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, manage cashier duties and support pickups, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
