Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and assist with purchases and returns in a fast-paced store environment. You will help customers choose the right tech solutions while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for training, and employee discounts. You will work with a supportive team to deliver an excellent shopping experience and drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
