Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll gain training to confidently recommend solutions and deliver a great in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
