Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to picking up extra shifts during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn customers’ needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Position product insights and recommend complete top-down solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in training and merchandising/inventory duties.
• Grow customer base with outbound calls and messages to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon events.
