Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide complete solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Develop through ongoing training and upsell across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outreach to existing Verizon customers via calls/SMS.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events.
