Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby, scheduling meetings.
• Open and service accounts, while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling following bank procedures.
