Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/restaurant management or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through all phases of a project.
• Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams while maintaining a business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects from discovery to implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Leads assessments, visits, training and round-table discussions to define procedures.
• Develops detailed project plans, status reports, and steering committee updates.
• Handles calendar management and weekly/monthly communications; coordinates calls and webinars.
• Provides ongoing support to franchise and field leadership on new processes.
