Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/restaurant management or related field.
Experience leading cross-functional teams through all phases of a project.
Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams while maintaining a business perspective.

Responsibilities

Manages multiple projects from discovery to implementation with cross-functional teams.
Leads assessments, visits, training and round-table discussions to define procedures.
Develops detailed project plans, status reports, and steering committee updates.
Handles calendar management and weekly/monthly communications; coordinates calls and webinars.
Provides ongoing support to franchise and field leadership on new processes.
