Qualifications

• Experienced project manager with a track record delivering technology, infrastructure, integration or business process improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of systems, integrations, data, or infrastructure to ask the right questions and know when to bring in a SME.
• Strong understanding of project management best practices, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to lead with urgency, drive accountability, take initiative, and keep teams focused on commitments and outcomes.
• Clear and concise communicator who can tailor messages for project teams, IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar project collaboration and tracking tools preferred.
