Job summary

The role leads cross-functional RSC and field operations in implementing new products, systems, tools, and processes to improve restaurant margins and customer experiences.

You will report to a Director in Restaurant Operations Services and this development role could lead to higher roles in field operations or other functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, restaurant/hospitality management, or related field preferred.
• Project management experience & proficiency in leading cross-functional teams through all phases of a project required.
• Strong understanding of software development, system integrations, IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams while maintaining a business and operational perspective.
• 2+ years of restaurant operations experience including multi-level restaurant supervision required.
• Strong business acumen, maturity, organizing & planning, influence, visioning, constructive conflict skills, and talent development.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills driving innovative solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Natural capacity to quickly establish and build effective relationships across the organization.
• Established influencing, consulting, and communication skills; ability to influence, engage and motivate people.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports multiple projects through all phases, from discovery/innovation to implementation/evaluation; maintains product ownership post-implementation.
• Leads assessments, market visits, hands-on training sessions, and round-table discussions to ensure procedures are effective and clearly defined for testing/national implementation.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, status reports, and steering updates; supports communication strategies with corporate and field stakeholders; creates training materials and operating guides; plans system adoption.
• Performs calendar management and weekly/monthly communications; guides system conference calls and webinars; provides updates to leadership on tasks, milestones, timing.
• Provides ongoing support to the franchise community and field leadership on inquiries and opportunities for new project processes and procedures.
