Job summary

Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, OH, seeks a results- driven Vendor Management Lead to oversee the restaurant technology vendor ecosystem, contracts, and related processes.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage quarterly reviews, and drive improvements in procurement and billing to support company‑owned restaurants. The role requires 5+ years of IT vendor management experience in a fast‑paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in business management, legal, accounting, or computer science or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Five or more years of experience building IT vendor management processes and managing complex IT contracts.
• Experience in quick service restaurant business, partnering with franchisees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement vendor management processes to onboard, measure, assess and offboard vendors.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on implementation programs requiring new/modified contracts, statements of work, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement of purchasing and billing processes for better execution and budget adherence across projects.
• Lead direct reports to ensure role mastery and development milestones.
