Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Proficiency with wireless phones and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Educate customers on device usage and navigation.
• Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for device and service issues.
• Assist with data transfers, insurance claims, loaner devices, voicemail setup, and provisioning.
