Job summary

AMLI Residential in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to uphold quality, safety, and schedules.

You'll plan and execute multifamily construction projects, manage framing and major phases, and ensure materials and labor deliver on time, using construction technology and project-management systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent construction field experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in construction scheduling is required.
• Strong technology skills including Excel/Project; Procore a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction activities with subcontractors and field teams.
• Assist with planning and execution of multifamily construction projects.
• Manage framing and major construction phases from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, punch-out staff, and laborers to maintain schedule.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedules and identify delays.
• Coordinate material deliveries and critical building materials.
• Participate in procurement and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to project leadership.
