Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager to ensure project success.
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals; assist scheduling.
• Coordinate and manage the entire construction process on site.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and manage subs and vendors.
• Mentor Assistants Superintendents; enforce safety & QA procedures.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
