Job summary

Handsfree Group is seeking a motivated Customer Service Apprentice with a passion for technology to join our team. You will handle inbound faults and inquiries, assist users of our products, and develop diagnostic skills under guidance from the Software Development Manager.

This role includes training from The Growth Company, with emphasis on communication, time management, and Excel proficiency; GCSEs are required and IT qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs grade A-C/4-9 including Maths and English
• IT qualifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Dealing with inbound faults and enquiry calls from existing customers
• Responding to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature for products
• Assisting external users of our technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems
• Using systems and diagnostic tools to walk customers through queries and resolve issues
• Proactive monitoring of customer products to maintain positive health and status
• Providing excellent customer service
• Develop transferable skills including communication, organisation, and time management
