Fields Volvo in Northfield Township, IL is seeking a Product Specialist to deliver product demos and guide buyers through Volvo technology and features. You will help customers identify vehicles that meet their needs and explain how to use the latest options and packages.

You are the first face customers meet and the main guide through the sales process, delivering excellent service with a positive attitude and strong product expertise.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
• Assist clients in identifying a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Daily follow-up using the dealership's CRM.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
