TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business users and technology. You will combine strong business analysis, communication, and requirements gathering with hands-on technical aptitude to troubleshoot applications and own critical systems in a hybrid role.

You will partner with business users, translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, document requirements, investigate issues using SQL and logs, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or Application Support.
• Strong business-facing communication and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to translate between technical teams and non-technical business users.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting business applications.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries to investigate issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand issues and needs.
