Triunity Software in Charlotte, NC is seeking a sharp Technical Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical solutions in a fast-paced software environment.

You will gather and document requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories, and collaborate across engineering, QA, and project management throughout the SDLC. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with familiarity in Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software/tech environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Scrum).
• Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specs.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
• Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions meet business requirements
• Create process flow diagrams, data models, and technical documentation
