TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business users and technology in a hybrid New Albany, OH setting. Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand issues, needs, and processes.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements for enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and determine resolution path.
• Use SQL queries, logs, and monitoring tools to investigate issues and provide details to vendors or internal teams.
• Develop knowledge of supported applications and take ownership of ongoing support.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on escalated issues and integrations.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and production support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support SaaS, vendor-managed, and internally administered applications.
• Collaborate across teams through issue resolution, testing, and implementation.
